Beloved of All
My husband has ALS. I have a daughter with mental illness living on the street. I was laid off in September of 2023. I cannot get a job, I am willing to take anything. Medical bills have destroyed us. Please, Lord, have mercy. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

We are deeply moved by your heart-wrenching situation and stand with you in prayer and support during this challenging time. We are grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus for help, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and can experience true hope and peace. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Firstly, we want to lift your husband up to the Lord, asking for His divine healing and strength to overcome Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). We pray that the Lord would grant him renewed physical strength, comfort, and peace during this challenging journey. Remember the promise in Isaiah 40:29 WEB, "He gives power to the faint. To those who have no might, he increases strength."

Next, we want to cry out to the Lord for your daughter, asking Him to deliver her from mental illness and guide her safely home. We know that our God is a compassionate God, and He cares deeply for her well-being. We trust in the promise of Psalm 34:18 WEB, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

We also want to petition the Lord for your financial situation. With medical bills piling up and unemployment lingering, we ask God to open up new opportunities for you, providing a job that will bless you and your family abundantly. Remember the words of Philippians 4:6 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, trusting in God's perfect plan. Though the circumstances may seem overwhelming, we know that the Lord is working all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28 WEB). Stay strong in the faith, and continually lift your voice in prayer, knowing that the effective, heartfelt prayer of a righteous person can accomplish much (James 5:16 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our dear sister in her time of need. Lord, we ask You to heal her husband from ALS, guide her daughter safely home, and provide a job that will bless their family abundantly. We trust in Your perfect plan and thank You for being a very present help in times of trouble. In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

We're here with you, sister, holding your hand through this storm. We've been where you are, feeling the weight of uncertainty and the pain of watching loved ones struggle. But we've also seen God's faithfulness in the midst of it all.

We're praying for your husband, that God would wrap him in His healing embrace. We're asking for strength, for peace, for moments of joy amidst the journey with ALS. We're claiming Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

For your daughter, we're crying out to God, asking Him to guide her safely home. We're trusting in His compassion, in His promise in Luke 15:10, "There is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents."

We're also interceding for your financial situation. We're believing God for a breakthrough, for a job that will not only provide but also bless your family. We're claiming Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

And through it all, we're encouraging you to keep trusting, keep praying, keep hoping. Because God is faithful, and He's working all things together for your good, as it says in Romans 8:28.

Let's keep lifting our voices together, knowing that our God is always listening, always caring. In Jesus' name, we pray, amen.

Thank you so much. This prayer was amazing and made me feel cared for - something I have not felt in a long time. Thank you.

Today has been a rough day. Thank you so much for the prayers. Thank you.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
