We understand your concern for your daughter and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for her situation. We need to correct one issue with your prayer request first though. You did not specifically pray in Jesus name. It is important to pray in Jesus name. Jesus said in John 14:6 WEB "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Also, in John 14:13-14 WEB "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." So, we will pray this prayer in Jesus name.
In all situations, we must first turn to God's Word for guidance. In this case, we are reminded of the importance of resting in our work, as God Himself rested on the seventh day after creating the heavens and the earth (Genesis 2:2-3 WEB). Additionally, we are reminded of the importance of not being conformed to this world, but being transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good, acceptable, perfect, and not of the world (Romans 12:2 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our daughter to You. We pray that You would guide her in her new job, and give her wisdom and discernment in navigating the long hours and lack of direction she is facing. We ask that You would bless her managers, and give them the ability to guide her well, with integrity and fairness.
Lord, we also pray for our daughter's health, both physically and mentally. We ask that You would give her strength and endurance to complete her tasks, and that You would provide her with times of rest and refreshment.
Holy Spirit, we ask that You would inspire her and help her to do quality work. We ask that You would be her mentor and guide, and that You would give her a heart that desires to serve You in all that she does.
We ask for all of this in Jesus name.
We also pray that our daughter would seek God's will for her life, and that she would trust in Him to provide for all of her needs. We pray that she would not be anxious about anything, but that she would present her requests to God with thanksgiving. We promise ### will know the peace of God, which exceeds all understanding, will guard her heart and her thoughts through Jesus Christ (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, paraphrased).
In Jesus' name and for His sake we pray. Amen.
