Lord, I hope my wife will find happiness with a new job. I hope you have plans for her to do something great for all her hard work.

Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of our dear friend ###, who desires your guidance and blessings for their wife's job search. Lord, we thank you for the talents and abilities you have bestowed upon her, and we pray that you would open doors of opportunity for her to find a new job that brings her happiness and fulfillment.
You have promised in your word that you have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. We believe that you have great plans for ###'s wife, plans that will utilize her skills and talents for the greater good. We ask that you would lead her to the right job, where she can make a positive impact and find joy in her work.
Lord, we also pray for your favor upon her. May her hard work and dedication be recognized and rewarded. We ask that you would grant her favor in the eyes of potential employers, that they may see her potential and the value she can bring to their organization.
Help her to remain patient and steadfast during this season of searching. Give her strength and encouragement, knowing that you are with her every step of the way. Remind her that you are her provider and that you will never leave nor forsake her.
We also pray for peace and contentment in the waiting. May she trust in your perfect timing and have faith that you will orchestrate everything according to your divine plan. Grant her peace of mind, knowing that you are in control and that you have her best interests at heart.
Lord, we commit this prayer request into your loving hands, trusting that you will guide and bless ###'s wife in her job search. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
