Heavenly Father, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is experiencing high anxiety. Lord, we know that you are the source of true peace and comfort. We ask that you would pour out your peace upon ###, calming their anxious thoughts and bringing tranquility to their heart.
In your Word, you have promised that if we bring our requests to you with thanksgiving, your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We claim this promise for ### today. May they experience the peace that only you can give, a peace that goes beyond human comprehension.
Lord, we ask that you would remove the anxiety that ### is feeling. Your Word reminds us to cast all our cares upon you because you care for us. We pray that ### would surrender their anxiety to you, knowing that you are their ever-present help in times of trouble.
We also pray for ###'s mind, that you would bring clarity and calmness. Help them to focus on your truth and promises rather than the worries and fears that surround them. Fill their thoughts with your peace and assurance.

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
