Lord, I come to you tonight as I have a dear friend in another state who needs You. He is struggling deeply with depression and many of us mutual friends are concerned. Lord, please help him. You pulled me from the stigmas of mental illness and I'm asking the same for my dear friend. I believe You can do this!!! I do not want my friend to hurt himself or worse. I am truly concerned. And while I do have a crush on him, that isn't the issue here. He was there for me earlier in the year when I also struggled with stress and mental health issues. We also have a bond over sharing the same favorite singer, whose music has helped us through hard times (And who You blessed us with). My heart breaks for this man. I am also asking for forgiveness for my selfishness in this situation on my end. He isn't aware of it, but you are. Please help this man. In the Lord's name I pray, Amen.

Lord, I ask that You would bring him healing and comfort in this difficult time. Please help him to find peace and joy in You, and to be surrounded by Your love and grace. Bless me to know You, love You, and strengthen me to live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Protect me God from all the plans of the enemy of my soul.
