Moranliss, we come together before the throne of mercy, crying out to the Lord with you, as it is written in Hebrews 4:16, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need."
We stand with you in declaring this new month as a time of fruitfulness and celebration. We claim Psalm 118:19 for you, "Open to me the gates of righteousness. I will enter into them. I will give thanks to Yahweh." We ask God to open the doors of celebration and turn your life around for good, just as you have declared.
You have shared with us your calling to be a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Nigeria. We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for your life, and we claim Jeremiah 29:11 for you, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
However, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage you to come before God in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Moranliss and their household. We ask for Your mercy upon them, and that this new month would indeed be fruitful and full of celebration. Lord, open the doors of opportunity for Moranliss, and turn their life around for good. We declare that this year is their year of Call to Bar, and we ask for Your guidance and wisdom as they pursue this calling. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Moranliss, to continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, and to trust in His plans for your life. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
