Lord I am feeling such anxiety today Lord I do not know what to do please take it away..Lord help me please how I hate feeling this way. Lord thank you for allways being here for me..I had some wine and took sleeping pills I know that is not good Lord but the relief helps. Lord us human beings are a mess we allways need you..Lord I put all this in your hands Lord help,,,

I have prayed for you and I want to offer you some personal advice, I recommend you cast anything that you are anxious and worried about and leave it into the lords hands as he knows what is best for you and if you start to confide in the lord and let him be in control of your anxiety’s or worry’s you will eventually find peace. And remember the Lord doesn’t want us to suffer so know that whatever your feeling will get better in time and bad moments never last.
