Lord I am feeling like something is going to happen and I feel high anxiety I had a panic attack yesterday I been feeling this way for a couple days Lord and our kittycat snowball has lost a lot of weight and she is not eating to much Lord I feel so sad about this I do not what her to pass away if that is what is happening Lord I need you please please help me to not feel this way it is awful Lord please Lord give me peace on all this I really need you Lord I give this all to you Lord please give me peace on this all..thank you Lord

If you are feeling anxious or fearful those feelings are coming from your flesh. Your spirit produces
love, joy, peace, patience and a sound mind. God says to be led by your spirit and crucify your flesh.
Your spirit has unlimited power through Christ and has the ability to solve all of your fears and problems.

Philippians 4:6-7 6 Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.​

Proverbs 17:22 tells us, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." Stay happy and your body will begin to heal itself/ Keep anger, fear and frustration out of your thoughts they can cause health problems.

1. Deep breathing daily...
2. Think about today
3. Don't try to predict the future
4. We can always in control of our own actions, thoughts and feelings.
5. Pray
6. Meditation on God and the good things in your life
7. Exercise- walk or do something that moves your body
8. Give your problems to God
9.Don't try to predict what others are thinking.​
