Lord I am feeling anxiety Lord please give me peace..and Lord I really like to win in Bingo I try really hard to win Bingo I pray for winning at bingo..and lucky charms I know it is a bit silly Lord but I really like to win once awhile at least and that is far in between it seems and the same people win every week its the truth..I wonder what there secret is really..I do not what to win every time just once and awhile that would be nice Lord like every two weeks or 3 weeks or even today when we play it is so fustrating Lord..I wish everyone that wins good for them even though they may win every week,,,thank you Lord for hearing me and I put this in your hands Lord you must think boy this is a silly prayer but it isnt to me... forgive me Lord,,I love you Lord

If you are feeling anxious or fearful those feelings are coming from your flesh. Your spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience and a sound mind. God says to be led by your spirit and crucify your flesh. Your spirit has unlimited power through Christ and has the ability to solve all of your fears and problems. 4. We can always in control of our own actions, thoughts and feelings.
5. Pray
6. Meditation on God and the good things in your life
7. Exercise- walk or do something that moves your body
8. Give your problems to God
9. Don't try to predict what others are thinking.
