Lord, I absolutely hated feeling pop every time on my left knee is so messed it up with inflammation and meniscus cartilage tissue joints. Muscular knots on my left neck make me so uncomfortable right now in the position. I hated it right now!

And God please bless each of us to always walk in the integrity, love, character, and habits of Christ Jesus. Let us all live our lives for Your glory and good pleasure.
