Lord help me

Lord, walk with me as I am worrying and creating my own anxiety. Keep me from any harm and help me restore my relationships at work. Help me to give over responsibility to my coworker that she will feel I do trust her. I want her to feel I am a fair person and want to brainstorm how we can improve our processes together. I ask this of you Lord. Thank you for answering my prayers.

Nasetheamb, let us stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical guidance for your situation.

Firstly, we commend you for turning to the Lord in your time of need. It is important to remember that it is in the name of Jesus that our prayers are heard by God. As it is written "Whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive" (Matthew 21:22, WEB). We are to pray... "in the name of Jesus." (John 14:13, WEB)." And Peter said about "Jesus Christ of Nazareth... There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” (Acts 4:10-12, WEB)

The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB)

Concerning your relationships at work, it is wise to be respectful, just, and fair as you represent Christ to coworkers. We read, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men" (Colossians 3:23, WEB) and "For the kingdom of God does not consist of talk but of power. What then? Shall I come to you with a rod, or in love and a spirit of gentleness?" (1 Corinthians 4:20-21, WEB)

Please pray with us:

"Father, we bring ### before your throne of grace. We ask that you will walk with them through this time of anxiety, granting them your peace. Guide their interactions with their coworker, Lord, and help them to extend trust and fairness. Give them wisdom as they brainstorm together to improve their processes, and let their actions reflect the light of Christ. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen."

We encourage you to look at your anxiety, worry, and any other issue you might be having from a biblical standpoint. Many times looking at the situations that are concerning us from the perspective of scripture and understanding God's will on the matter can relieve us of the fears and concerns we might have. We should also pay attention to any convicting of sin in our lives and repent of the sin. When we do this many times the other things that concern us will be taken care of.

For example, if we are looking to Jesus for our lives, then our work and every other thing in our lives will take care of itself. When we are surrendered to God then He will take care of our problems if we ask, look to Him, and submit to His will in the name of Jesus. So let us pray for you to have the desire to seek God's will and surrender to what He wants in your life and look to Him for the answers.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We're here with you, standing in prayer. We know the weight of anxiety can be heavy, but remember, God is always near. "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22, NIV)

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift up our sister ### to you. We ask that you fill her with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to trust you in this situation, knowing that you are in control. Give her wisdom and discernment in her interactions at work, and help her to extend trust and fairness to her coworker. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
