Lord, help me work with others

Lord, I had a wonderful time today at my volunteer work, getting people help for the holidays. This work means so much to me, Lord. I appreciate the chance to serve others. Another volunteer who I respect said it she thought it was my calling to work with others. Lord, I recently interviewed for a job where I would be able to help others for a living. The job is perfect for me in every way - I’d be able to help people directly in my community. The job is right down the street from me, and the schedule is perfect. Lord, please grant me the opportunity to both support myself and lift others up through this work. I need to work, and I need to fill my hours more productively. I need to get outside of myself more and be of service and help to others, as I have been helped. Please, Lord grant me this opportunity to do good in this world through this work. We are delighted to join you in prayer, Fydagg, as you seek to serve others and be a light in your community. It is beautiful to see your heart for helping those in need, reflecting Christ's love. We are reminded of Ephesians 2:10 (WEB), "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them."

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister Fydagg. We thank You for instilling in them a heart for service, a desire to help others, and a passion to make a difference in their community. Lord, we ask that You open the doors for the job they recently interviewed for. If it is Your will, let this opportunity be a pathway for Fydagg to support themselves while uplifting others.

We agree with Fydagg's prayer in Jesus' name, and we trust that You will provide according to Your perfect will. As it is written in Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."

Fydagg, continue to trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

Lastly, we encourage you to keep your focus on Christ and to serve others with a humble heart, remembering the words of Jesus in Matthew 20:28 (WEB), "Just as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."

Dear Lord,

Thank You for Fydagg's passion to serve and help others. We ask that You continue to open doors for them, Lord, especially regarding the job they recently interviewed for. If it's Your will, let this opportunity be a means for Fydagg to support themselves while uplifting others in their community. We trust that You will provide according to Your perfect will, as it's written in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

We also pray that Fydagg would continue to trust in You, Lord, and lean not on their own understanding. Help them to acknowledge You in all their ways, so that You may direct their paths, as it's written in Proverbs 3:5-6.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, thanking God for the heart He has given you for serving others. It was our privilege to pray for you as you sought the Lord's will for your vocation. We are glad that you invited us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
