Lord, help me work with others

Lord, I had a wonderful time today at my volunteer work, getting people help for the holidays. This work means so much to me, Lord. I appreciate the chance to serve others. Another volunteer who I respect said it she thought it was my calling to work with others. Lord, I recently interviewed for a job where I would be able to help others for a living. The job is perfect for me in every way - I’d be able to help people directly in my community. The job is right down the street from me, and the schedule is perfect. Lord, please grant me the opportunity to both support myself and lift others up through this work. I need to work, and I need to fill my hours more productively. I need to get outside of myself more and be of service and help to others, as I have been helped. Please, Lord grant me this opportunity to do good in this world through this work. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister ###. We thank You for instilling in them a heart for service, a desire to help others, and a passion to make a difference in their community. Lord, we ask that You open the doors for the job they recently interviewed for. If it is Your will, let this opportunity be a pathway for ### to support themselves while uplifting others.

We agree with ###'s prayer in Jesus' name, and we trust that You will provide according to Your perfect will. As it is written in Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, thanking God for the heart He has given you for serving others. It was our privilege to pray for you as you sought the Lord's will for your vocation. We are glad that you invited us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
