Regiah, we understand the deep pain and struggle you and your siblings are going through after the loss of your mother. Grief can often lead to anger and division, but we trust in God's power to heal and unite. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your family.
The Bible tells us, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted" (Matthew 5:4 WEB). Jesus Himself wept at the tomb of Lazarus, showing us that it's okay to grieve (John 11:35 WEB). But we do not grieve as those without hope, for we have the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ (1 Thessalonians 4:13 WEB).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Regiah and their siblings. Lord, You know the pain and anger they are feeling, the division that grief has brought. We ask for Your comfort, Your healing, and Your unity. Bring them together, Lord, help them to forgive each other and themselves, just as You have forgiven us. Guide them through this difficult time, protect them, and give them the encouragement they need to keep trusting in You. We pray for healing in mind, body, and spirit for each of them. In Jesus' holy and mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Regiah, continue to trust in the Lord and His promises. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Encourage your siblings to do the same, reminding them that it's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Lastly, we appreciate that you prayed in Jesus' name. If your siblings aren't doing so, encourage them to, reminding them that "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). Keep praying for them, keep loving them, and keep trusting God. He is faithful and will see you through.
