I have read in a book that if you have problems with your joints,I assume is arthritis,this is because you consume a lot of acidic food.You have to increase significantly the alkaline foods,fresh fruits and vegetables,but be careful with citrus fruits,specially if they are not ripe .Frying in cooking also can make the food acidic.There are proven facts that some people reversed arthritis by eating a lot of raw food.The more alkaline the food you eat,the better you should feel.Also daily walking will be good too.I'm thinking also if you drink a lot of water this could neutralise the acid in your body.Just sharing these ideas,you might want to try that one day.I hope this will help you and of course I pray for you every day .May God bless you and heal you top to toe,ASAP,in Yeshua name Amen.
