Lord, have mercy on my brother - he said he will kill himself if he does not get out

Lord, have mercy on my brother who is in prison custody for 5 months now falsely accused for rape and heavy physical abuse.
Lord, please have mercy on him.
He has a clean criminal record.
ANd this woman is very rich drugg addict planing plots and schemes like you have never seen through her lawyer, its absolutely unbeleivable....
He should have been released 1 month after he was get caught because he has clean criminal record but this woman is lying manipulative sneaky....
She and her sister never worked one day in their lives and have 3 villas, she had 3 husbands, the one killed himself, and with the other one there is a legal proces - she wants to take his possessions...awful...
He mentiones that he will kill himself if he will not get out of the prison...
I cannot express how much stress my family and me have the last 5 months, fear, doubt, anger, fights with eachother, its the devil himself trying to destroy our family and take our (my money) - because the money that my mother gave for lawyers was my inheritence.
My brother will loose his job on 15.june because this woman is adding every month new accusations and "fears of him"
