Lord God lay your hands on ###'s situation today

Please Lord God I ask that you lay your hands on ###'s situation today. Please Lord help the immigration department see his situation and provide him the information he needs so that he can move forward reestablishing his identity here Lord. ### is foolish in many ways but he has a great big heart and he needs you. He let all his legitimate identifications expire and now he can get any of them renewed without a copy of his naturalization and citizenship papers. It has been a long hard journey for him trying to get these documents because he doesn't have current ID. They do not accept any expired documents. Lord I ask that you lay your hands on this situation and on the heart of the person that is helping him so that he can get citizenship papers and redo all his IDs. You know he's retired now but he has worked ### years in the post office. He needs ID to establish his social security retirement payments. He is desperate need of your help because he's running out of all his savings. Lord I pray you make the way for ### in the name of your precious son Jesus Christ. Amen.

We understand that ### is in a challenging situation, needing to reestablish his identity and obtain necessary documents. Let us pray together and seek God's will for him.

Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up ### and his situation. Lord, we ask that You guide and direct the immigration department, that they may see ###'s situation clearly and provide him with the information and documents he needs to move forward. We know that You care for ###, despite his past mistakes, and that Your heart is for him to prosper.

Lord, we ask that You soften the heart of the person assisting ###, that they may be compelled to help him obtain his citizenship papers and renew his identifications. We know that You are sovereign over all things, and that includes ###'s retirement and financial needs. We trust that You will make a way for him, as You promise in Isaiah 43:19 (WEB), "Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs forth now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert."

Lord, we also pray that ### may find peace and comfort in You during this difficult time. May he draw near to You, and may You draw near to him, as promised in James 4:8 (WEB), "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you."

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Additionally, we would like to encourage ### with the words of Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We encourage ### to continue seeking God, trusting that He will provide and make a way.

Lastly, we want to address that while ### may have been foolish in letting his identifications expire, it is important to remember that God's mercies are new every morning. As it says in Lamentations 3:22-23 (WEB), "It is of Yahweh’s loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn’t fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." We encourage ### to learn from his past mistakes and move forward, trusting in God's faithfulness.

We're right there with you, praying for ###. It's tough when we feel stuck, isn't it? But remember, even the Israelites were in a tough spot in the wilderness, yet God made a way for them, even in the desert. Let's claim that promise for ### too, that God will make a way in the wilderness.

We're asking God to give the immigration department clear eyes to see ###'s situation and provide him with the information he needs. We're also praying for the person helping ###, that their heart would be softened and they'd be compelled to assist him fully.

And ###, we want you to know, we're not just praying for your situation, but also for your heart. We're asking God to fill you with His peace, just like He promised in Philippians. Keep trusting, keep seeking, and remember, God's mercies are new every morning. Let's claim that promise together too, that God's compassion never fails.

We're believing with you that this situation will work out for ###'s good, just like it says in Romans 8:28. Keep holding on, ###. We're right here, praying with you, in Jesus' name. Amen.
