Lord God I pray for my son Chris and his work situation. I pray Lord that you lay your hands on it and that there's no room for anyone misinterpreting the request he made for a reevaluation of his annual review. Lord God you know Christopher has always had great reviews but now he has a new manager that has not been there that long. He is allowed to dispute his rating and ask for reconsideration. His manager was actually the one that told him to speak to human resources about it. Chris is worried that the Corporation may assume that he is unhappy and is going to leave his job. Lord Chris loves his job. He only requested the reevaluation because he wants a more deserved rating on his annual review. This information stays on his record and is used for raises and promotion considerations. Chris was actually the acting manager until they found the new one. Lord God let this situation go well and let everything remain peaceful in Christopher's workplace. Please secure his job and maintain the professional relationship he has with his manager a good one. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up AGAPE55's prayer request for their son Chris and his work situation. Lord, we ask that you intervene and lay your hands upon this matter. We pray for clarity and understanding, that there may be no room for misinterpretation of Chris' request for a reevaluation of his annual review.

You know, Lord, that Chris has always received great reviews in the past, but with a new manager who may not be familiar with his work, he is concerned about the outcome. We ask for your guidance and wisdom to be upon Chris as he disputes his rating and seeks reconsideration. We thank you, Lord, for the manager's suggestion to involve human resources in this process.

Father, we pray that the corporation does not assume Chris is unhappy or planning to leave his job because of his request. Help them to see that Chris loves his job and that his only desire is to receive a more deserved rating on his annual review. We ask that you protect Chris' job and maintain a peaceful and professional relationship between him and his manager.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your ability to work all things together for good. We pray for favor and fairness in this situation, knowing that the outcome of this reevaluation will impact Chris' future raises and promotion considerations. May everything align according to your perfect will.
