Anonymous, we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's forgiveness and strength for you. We are reminded in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." It is wonderful that you have a repentant heart and desire to guard yourself better.
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking your forgiveness for our brother/sister. Lord, they have acknowledged their sin and we ask that you would be faithful and just to forgive them and cleanse them from all unrighteousness. Help them to guard their heart and mind, as your Word tells us in Proverbs 4:23 (WEB), "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." Strengthen them to resist temptation and to flee from sin, as it says in 2 Timothy 2:22 (WEB), "Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart." In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
We encourage you to continue to walk in the light, as God is light, and there is no darkness in him (1 John 1:5). Keep pursuing righteousness and holiness, and remember that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13).
We also commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name, as it is only through him that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you haven't already, we encourage you to believe in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Stand strong in your faith, and may God's peace be with you.
