Sir, instead of focusing on the wrongs you see in your wife, start focusing on one good thing about her and thank the Lord for that, and then focus on another good thing about her. Why? because the more you focus on what is wrong, you are calling it forth. You are blaming her for the anger you feel. It's not her fault. You see her selfish, you call her selfish, that is what you are framing your world with. I encourage you to start declaring over your wife, she is gracious, full of compassion, slow to anger and of great mercy, and she is good to you. Why? Because that is what the Lord had me do for my husband who constantly found fault in me and it made him angry. Why you ask, she is none of those things. Well, actually, those are attributes of God, and your wife is of God, you simply don't see it. So call it forth. When she gets angry with you, thank you Lord my wife is so compassion or my wife is slow to anger or my wife is good to me (even in the midst of the disagreement). Calling forth good instead of calling for the bad.
