Psa 107:20 He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
Tina, look at that scripture and ask yourself, has God already sent his word and healed and has He not delivered you already?
When we look at the situation, the doctors reports, the tests, the diagnosis' and see that nothing is changing, then that is a mindset. Jesus says to be renewed in our minds. This means changing the way we think, the way we have believed. There are old mindsets and beliefs that hinder us from walking in the fullness that Christ died to give us. There has to be a knowledge, a knowing that what God says is true. Grace and peace be multiplied in the knowledge (see there, grace and peace are multiplied in the knowledge) of God and of Jesus Christ.
Sadly there are a lot of church traditions and teachings that are hindering believers, called 'sacred cows.' We hold onto to them, because we are comfortable with them and when a truth comes in and we try it and nothing seems to happen, then we go back to, well, that didn't work, must not be God's will. God's will has been given...His divine power hath given us (already we have it) everything we need for life and godliness through the KNOWLEDGE OF Him who has called us to glory and virtue.
Rom_12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus, who thought it not robbery to be equal with God...
Who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him, but ye have the mind of Christ.
Father, I thank you for your words of life. In the name of Jesus, I bind your words of life to Tina's heart and mind. Open up her understanding to your words of life so she can step out in faith and simply begin to agree with you, despite what tests show, what doctors say, what symptoms are there, your word is true, by His stripes they are healed and were healed. In Jesus name. Amen.
Psa_85:10 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
it's one thing to believe the word, it's another to step out and work the word...can two walk together except they be agreed?
