Precious Tina , it is easier said than done , but give these worries over to the Lord , He never meant for you to be burdened with them . Ask Him to help you release them and begin to thank Him for all He has already done for you . Encourage yourself in the Lord  , praise Him  , the bible tells us that He inhabits the praises of His people . We bind the enemy from tormenting your thoughts right now in the name of Jesus , there is power in that name , all chains are broken in that name , you are set free in the name of Jesus !
