We understand your heart's cry, Sembold, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for your marriage. We stand on the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you,' says the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope."

Let's pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Sembold's marriage. Lord, You hate divorce, as Malachi 2:16 tells us, and You desire that marriages be holy and lifelong. We ask that You soften her husband's heart, just as You promised in Ezekiel 36:26, 'I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you.' We pray that You draw him back to his family and restore their marriage, making it stronger and more loving than before. Help them to love each other as Christ loves the church, as described in Ephesians 5:25. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Sembold, remember that God is faithful, and He cares deeply for you and your marriage. Continue to trust in Him, and be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."

As you wait for God's intervention, be patient and kind, just as Colossians 3:12-14 instructs, "Put on therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if anyone has a complaint against another. Even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection."

Stay strong in your faith and continue to pray, knowing that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16).

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, just as we are, with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits. We ask that You would soften our beloved brother's heart, that he may feel the love and warmth of our family once more. We pray for a rekindling of the love he once had, a love that reflects the unfailing, unending love of our Lord Jesus Christ. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
