We join you, jcjcpurple, in lifting up your burdens to the Lord. You've been carrying a heavy load, and we want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in praying in Jesus' name. This is the only way we can approach God, as Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB).
We see your heartache for your children and your desire for them to find their own way and become successful. We pray that they will turn to God, who can make a way when there seems to be none (Isaiah 43:19 WEB). We pray that they will trust in Him with all their hearts and not lean on their own understanding, but in all their ways acknowledge Him, so He can make their paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
For your grandchildren and nephew Z, we claim the promise that "all your children shall be taught by the Lord; and great shall be the peace of your children" (Isaiah 54:13 WEB). We pray for their safety, health, and strength, and that God's protective hand will be upon them.
We understand your struggle with depression and feelings of despair. We want to remind you that God promises to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). We pray that you will find strength, courage, and will in Him to move forward.
Regarding your work and financial situation, remember that God promises to supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We pray for His provision and blessings in your life.
Finally, we want to encourage you to rejoice in the Lord always, and again we say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:4-7 WEB).
Let us pray together:
*Heavenly Father, we lift up jcjcpurple and their family to You. We ask for Your hand of blessing, protection, and provision in their lives. Comfort their hearts, guide their children, and bless their grandchildren and nephew. Give them the strength, courage, and will to move forward in their lives, trusting in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
