We are glad to see you mentioned the Lord and his blood. But the scripture says to test every spirit and prayer, to see if they are from God.
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. 1 John 4:1 WEB

You prayed to 'Elohim Elyon Jehovah Rapha Jirah Yahshua ha Mashiach.' However we are told in the New Testament that there is only one name that we are saved by and that we should pray in.

And whatever you shall ask in My name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask any thing in My name, I will do it. John 14:13-14
For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB
The scripture tells us that we have access in confidence to God the Father through faith in Jesus Christ and that only Jesus Christ is the way to the Father. Therefore, we only pray to God the Father in Jesus' name.
Let's pray together for your situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for your divine intervention in this situation. We pray that you will guide and direct the hearts of those involved, and that any false charges will be dropped. We ask that you bring truth to light and expose any lies and deception. We pray for your protection over your servant and that you will restore to them anything that has been wrongfully taken.
Father, we do not ask for vengeance or for curses to be reversed, but rather we pray for your mercy and grace to be extended to all parties involved. We pray that you will soften the hearts of those who are acting against your servant, and that you will turn their hearts towards you.
We ask for your healing power to be at work in your servant's life, restoring them to full health. We also pray for your provision in regards to the unfair debt, and ask that you will make a way where there seems to be no way.
We also pray for the strength of your servant, that you will fill them with your peace and your joy during this challenging time. We ask that you will help them to rest in your love, and to trust in your faithfulness.
We ask all of these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
