Also, Romans 12:1, WEB says I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.
We need to honor God with our bodies and prioritize His kingdom. We should also remember that our value is not determined by our physical appearance, but by the fact that we are created in God's image. In Genesis 1:27, WEB we find God created man in his own image. In God's image he created him; male and female he created them. God values us and our concern should be to be like Him. It is important to feel well and want good health and if possible to sustain life. That is why we pray for the sick to get well, but our image, our value, is determined by God and not by the size and shape of our body.

We ask for your will to help with any weight loss. We pray they seek God, righteousness, and God's will., that you help them to remember that they are made in Your image.
