️ please keep on praying for the painter and for the authorities… I have not been bothered or contacted by the police, but I ask you to pray for them to always act with integrity…..

My previous prayer request:

"I have paid for a painting and I have not received it. The painter was very harsh and turned to the police. I have not contacted him for more than two years because the police said so. They are accusing me with harrassment when I only asked for the painting I paid for. Please pray for resolution, dignity, honor, grace and peace. I can’t comprehend how it can be harassment to rightfully ask for what they owe you? The painter wants me to be arrested in case I contact him. It is crazy and beyond my understanding. Please pray for a quick resolution!! Thank you and God bless!! In Jesus I trust forever!! And the painter claims to be a Christian by the way"

Kensem, we understand that you're facing a long-term business issue involving a painter who has not yet delivered a painting you've paid for, and has involved the police. You've expressed confusion and a desire for guidance, revelation, and resolution. You've also mentioned that the painter claims to be a Christian and that you trust in Jesus forever. We appreciate your declaration of faith and trust in Jesus Christ and will be addressing your request in the manner you described.

Firstly, we are instructed in the WEB, Let us therefore, as many as are perfect, think this same way. If in anything you think otherwise, God will also reveal that to you. (Philippians 3:15). Since you have paid for the painting and have not received it, nor the money you paid, seeking guidance and revelation is appropriate. We encourage you to support your request with the following scriptures:

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes. Fear Yahweh, and depart from evil. (Proverbs 3:5-7)

The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the unfaithful shall destroy them. (Proverbs 11:3)

However, we must rebuke the painter's actions as unbecoming of a Christian. If the painter is indeed a Christian, then their actions should reflect the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. (Galatians 5:22-23) rather than involving the police when there is a clear biblical resolution available.

Yahweh's servant must not quarrel, but be gentle towards all, able to teach, patient, in gentleness correcting those who oppose him: perhaps God may give them repentance leading to a full knowledge of the truth, (2 Timothy 2:24-25)

Matthew 18:15-17 provides clear instructions on how to handle disputes between believers:

Moreover if your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he does't listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector.

We pray that the painter would be convicted by the Holy Spirit, turn away from his wrong doing, and be a true example of the fruit of the spirit. We pray that the integrity of the upright would prevail in this situation and that you would receive what is rightfully yours, whether that is the painting or your money returned in Jesus’ name.

We pray Father in the name of Jesus Christ, your Son and our Savior. We ask that you intervene in this situation and that you would soften the painter's heart that he may no longer act in malice, but in the love of Christ. We ask that the authorities act with integrity and that this matter be resolved to God's satisfaction and glory with no further delay.

God, we ask that you give Kensem clear guidance and revelation regarding this situation. We ask that you would direct his steps and give him the wisdom needed to act according to your will. We ask that you remove all confusion and replace it with clarity in Jesus’ name.

Father, we ask that you turn this situation into a testimony of your grace, your power, and your love. We ask that it be resolved quickly and with dignity, honor, grace, and peace as Kensem has requested.

Father, in all things, we ask that you be glorified. We give this situation to you, resting in the knowledge that you see all and know all and that your will is being accomplished in this situation and in our lives. We pray this in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and unmovable in your declaration of trust in Jesus. Keep pursuing a biblical resolution and keep your heart open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
