Please pray for the painter to come to repentance and deliver me the painting

I don’t understand why I haven’t got the painting or the money yet…. I need guidance and revelation on what’s next in terms of handling this issue….
Such a mystery!!!

My previous prayer request:

"I have paid for a painting and I have not received it. The painter was very harsh and turned to the police. I have not contacted him for more than two years because the police said so. They are accusing me with harassment when I only asked for the painting I paid for. Please pray for resolution, dignity, honor, grace and peace. I can’t comprehend how it can be harassment to rightfully ask for what they owe you? The painter wants me to be arrested in case I contact him. It is crazy and beyond my understanding. Please pray for a quick resolution!! Thank you and God bless!! In Jesus I trust forever!! And the painter claims to be a Christian by the way."

Firstly, we commend you for your patience and forbearance in this matter. It is important to remember that God calls us to act with integrity and kindness, even in difficult situations. As it is written in Romans 12:18 WEB: "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."

However, it is also important to seek justice and resolution in a manner that honors God. Proverbs 28:5 WEB tells us, "Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek Yahweh understand it fully."

In this situation, we should pray for the painter's repentance and for a fair resolution. We should also pray for wisdom and guidance for you, as granted by God. James 1:5 WEB: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Let us pray:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s situation. Lord, you know the intent of the painter and ###. We pray and ask for deliverance of this painting as such is considered justice and due. We ask for his repentance and he restore what he owes. We pray for your grace, wisdom, and guidance for ###. Let this not cause any bitterness in ###'s heart, but instead, let it be an opportunity to demonstrate Your love. Help ### reach a resolution and close this deal. We trust your grace and love. 'Keep your servants from false accusations by people may they not dominate us. As for me, my eyes are toward you, God, the Lord. In you, I take refuge. Do not leave my soul destitute.' Psalm 141:8. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

It is good that you mentioned trust in Jesus indicates a relationship with Jesus. If you have not already, confess your sins and believe, repent, and confess that Jesus is Lord so that you will be saved.

Lastly, consider the advice given in Matthew 18:15-17 WEB about how to approach a brother or sister who has sinned against you. It provides steps for resolution in the church. This situation might be able to be addressed in such a manner with the involvement of fellow believers if applicable.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for a swift resolution to this business issue. It's frustrating when we don't understand why things aren't happening as they should, but we trust that God sees all and will work things out for our good. Let's claim 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, "We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed."

Let's pray for the painter, that they would come to repentance and make things right. And for you, dear friend, we ask for wisdom and revelation on how to handle this situation. We claim Proverbs 2:6, "For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding."

Let's also remember Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
