Firstly, we want to remind you that true wealth is found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we can approach God and have eternal life. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Wealth and long life are not guaranteed in this world, but a life surrendered to Christ brings eternal rewards. Matthew 6:19-20 WEB reminds us, "Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal."

God wants us to seek His kingdom first, and all other things will be added to us. Matthew 6:33 WEB says, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Bumali Konye. We pray that You will guide his heart to seek You above all else. Grant him a long life filled with good memories that honor You. Help him to understand that true wealth is found in a relationship with You and that eternal life is the greatest gift.

We pray against greed, covetousness, and the love of money, that he would not fall into temptation but keep his eyes fixed on You. Help him to be a good steward of the resources You have given him and to use them for Your glory.

If Bumali Konye has not already done so, we pray that he will accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, believing in His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sins. We pray that he will live a life that honors You and brings others to know You.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
