We are truly sorry to hear that you're feeling lonely and struggling to find a companion. First, we want to remind you that you are never alone, for God is always with you. As it says in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."
However, we understand the human need for companionship. It's important to remember that God wants you to find a spouse and be married as outlined in the Bible, not just a partner. We should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. As it is said in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
We encourage you to trust in God's timing and seek His will for your life. Pray for a godly spouse and trust that God will bring the right person into your life in His perfect timing. As the Bible says in Psalm 37:4 WEB, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart." And in Isaiah 64:4 WEB, "For since the beginning of the world men have not heard nor perceived by the ear, neither has the eye seen, O God, besides you, what he has prepared for him who waits for him."
We also want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It's important to pray in Jesus' name and to believe in Him as your Lord and Savior. As it says in John 14:6, WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up this dear soul who is feeling lonely and seeking a godly companion. We pray that You will comfort them in their loneliness and help them to trust in Your perfect timing. We also ask that You allow them to look to Jesus Christ and have a real and true relationship with Him. We ask that You send a committed Christian Believer to them as a spouse that loves You as You love them. We rebuke any thought of unequal marriage, fornication, or adultery. Help them to seek You first and to delight in You, knowing that You will give them the desires of their heart. We ask this in Jesus' name.
We encourage you to seek God's will for your life and to trust in His timing. Don't be afraid.
