We are truly sorry to hear about your feelings of loneliness and isolation, Osvelis. God did not intend for us to live in solitude, and we can find relief in knowing that Jesus is always with us. We are reminded in Hebrews 13:5, "...for he has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.'"
First, we want to address the fact that your request does not mention Jesus, His name, or His authority. We want you to know that God has given us access to Him only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved. The Bible tells us in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
We are encouraged in Scripture to cast our anxieties on God because he cares for us in 1 Peter 5:7 "casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." In knowing this, we must also know that we are to be a light to the world in our behavior and in our words. In Matthew 5:14-16, we read "You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can't be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand, and it shines to all that are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven."
Therefore, we pray that you find comfort in knowing that you are a child of God and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Matthew 6:8 "Therefore don't be like them, for your Father knows what things you need, before you ask him." Psalm 62:8 "Trust in him at all times, you people. Pour out your heart before him. God is a refuge for us. Selah." We pray that you trust in Him and pour out your heart to Him, knowing that He is your refuge.
Please know you are not a bother to others when you reach out. The Bible tells us in Philippians 2:3, "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves." We can see that this is not the attitude of your stepfamily. We understand that you feel that your stepfamily is not there for you. We find in Proverbs 18:24 "A man of many companions may be ruined, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother." We know that God will place people in your life that will be true friends and closer than family.
We should also consider the people you work with as divine appointments. However, we should also remember 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?" As this applies to your situation and in the workplace, we should consider how we respond to others. We understand that you want good people to be sent to your life. We should be looking for Christian Believers.
Finally, we pray for God to bring Christian Believers into your life and give you the strength and wisdom to make good connections and friendships. We pray that you trust in Him and his timing. If moving is in His plan, we ask that He guide your steps to a new location and provide you with the support you need. We pray that His will be done in your life. Philippians 4:6 "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."
