Annia, we hear your heart's cry and we stand with you in prayer. It's natural to feel overwhelmed and lonely when it seems like everyone around you is moving forward in their lives, while you're still waiting for your own journey to unfold. Let us remind you of God's promise in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB): "‘For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,’ says Yahweh, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.’"
God has a unique plan for each of us, and His timing is perfect. Remember, our contentment is not found in our circumstances or life stages, but in Christ alone. As the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11 (WEB), "Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Annia. Lord, she feels lonely and overwhelmed as she watches her friends build their lives and futures. Please comfort her heart, Lord, and help her to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. Give her the strength to be content in Your plans for her life, whatever they may be. Help her to remember that You have a hope and a future for her, and that Your thoughts towards her are good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Annia, we encourage you to use this time to draw closer to God. Seek Him first, and His will for your life. As you wait, trust that He is working in your life, even if you can't see it yet. If marriage and children are in God's plan for you, trust that He will bring them into your life in His perfect timing. But also, be open to the unique calling He may have for you in this season.
Remember, it's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Stay strong in your faith, Annia. We are praying for you.
