We understand your concerns, Ajaye, and we are here to pray and offer guidance based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we want to address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Let us pray for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Ajaye and their mother to You, Lord. We pray for the locksmith, that they may be honest and fair in their dealings, and that the house may be secured at a reasonable price. We ask for Your protection over their home and their lives.
Lord, we also lift up Ron and Deb to You. We pray for their mental well-being and that they may make sound decisions. May they be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding (Colossians 1:9).
Father, we thank You for all that You do and continue to do for Ajaye and their mother. We ask that You provide a healthy outlet for Ajaye's mother to cope with whatever she is facing. May she find comfort and strength in You, Lord.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Ajaye, we encourage you to keep your trust in God. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that as believers, our ultimate goal is to glorify God in all that we do. This includes our relationships and how we conduct our business. Ensure that all your dealings are honest and upright, reflecting the light of Christ in you.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
