Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the prayer request of Marls. We thank You for the truth revealed in Your Word that children are a precious gift from You. As it is written in Psalm 127:3-5, "Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate."
Lord, we pray for those who are already married and desire to have children. We ask that You bless them with the gift of conception according to Your perfect timing and will. Help them to trust in You completely, knowing that You are the giver of life and the one who opens and closes the womb. Strengthen their faith and grant them patience as they wait upon You.
We also lift up those who are about to enter into marriage and have made the decision not to use contraception. We pray that You would bless their union and grant them the desires of their hearts to have children. May they seek Your guidance and wisdom in all things, knowing that You are the author of life and the one who establishes families.
Lord, we pray for all couples who long to have children but are facing challenges or difficulties in conceiving. We ask for Your divine intervention and healing in their lives. Bring comfort to their hearts and grant them peace as they place their trust in You. Help them to remain steadfast in their faith, knowing that nothing is impossible for You.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness in answering them. May Your will be done in the lives of those who desire to have children, and may Your name be glorified through their testimonies. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
