Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up the prayer request of our dear anonymous friend on behalf of Stephen. Lord, we acknowledge that Stephen is embarking on a new journey, seeking employment with an LMIA approved employer and hoping to obtain Permanent Residency. We understand that this has been a bittersweet, nerve-racking, and emotional period for him.
Father, we ask for your divine intervention in Stephen's life. We pray that you would calm his fears and nervousness, filling him with your peace that surpasses all understanding. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Stephen experience this peace as he steps into uncharted waters.
Lord, we also lift up Stephen's mother to you. We pray for reconciliation and healing in their relationship. May your love and forgiveness flow between them, bringing restoration and unity. Help Stephen's mother to have a change of heart and to welcome him back with open arms.
Father, we ask for favorable accommodations for Stephen. May he find a safe and comfortable place to stay during this time of transition. We pray for unmerited favor to surround him, opening doors of opportunity and providing him with a peaceful and financially stable employment. Your Word assures us in Psalm 37:23, "The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him." May Stephen's steps be established by you, Lord, leading him to the right job and establishing his plans for a future filled with blessings.
Lastly, we lift up the desire for marriage mentioned in this prayer request. We pray that if it is your will, you would bring Stephen and his partner together in holy matrimony. Guide their steps and align their hearts according to your perfect plan.
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you hear our prayers and that you will answer according to your perfect will. Amen.
May God bless and guide Stephen on his journey, bringing him peace, favor, and provision.
