Little more sleep so I am able to enjoy my 2 days off without being like a zombie...

Aloha, so I am in Hawaii, work 5 days straight as a server averaging about 12,500 steps a day up and down stairs and I am middle aged... I had an extremely busy week with heaps of visitors to our island and restaurant, my left knee is under duress and the full moons / blood moons and etc have messed with my ability to sleep, which as science teaches us in middle and high school, will mess with your ability to heal. Please pray I can get some sleep before I start my days off so I can actually enjoy them and not walk around like a zombie -- thank you in The Name of Jesus!
