We join you, ###, in praying for your little brother ### as he begins his journey into eighth grade. It's wonderful that you're seeking God's blessings upon him.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up ### on his first day of eighth grade. We ask that You bless his academic pursuits, Lord. Grant him understanding, wisdom, and retention as he navigates through his studies. As it is written in James 1:5 WEB, 'If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.'
We also pray for his mental health, Lord. Surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and his mind in Christ Jesus, as Philippians 4:7 WEB assures us. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, because You care for him (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
May ### grow not just in knowledge, but also in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18 WEB). Help him to be a light for You in his school, demonstrating Your love and kindness to his peers and teachers.
