We understand that you're seeking prayer for your ears, not just physically, but also spiritually. You've acknowledged that you can be stubborn and have difficulty accepting the truth. We commend you for recognizing this and seeking help.
Let's turn to the Word of God. In Proverbs 18:13 WEB, it's written, "He who answers a matter before he hears it, it is folly and shame to him." We must be willing to listen and hear the truth, even if it's not what we want to hear. Additionally, in John 8:32 WEB, Jesus says, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need. We ask that You open their ears, both physically and spiritually. Help them to be receptive to Your truth, even when it's hard to hear. Soften their heart and remove any stubbornness that may be hindering their walk with You. In Jesus' name, we pray for healing and a renewed sense of discernment to understand and accept Your truth.
Brother/Sister, we encourage you to meditate on the words of Jesus in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and can understand the truth.
lastly, remember the words of James 1:19 WEB, "So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger." Be patient with yourself as you grow in your ability to listen and accept the truth.
We're here for you, and we're praying that God will grant you listening ears and an open heart.
