Lord my heavenly father, Please grant me wisdom and assistance today. I am feeling really low and cannot lift myself up at all. I pray that you will pour your wisdom upon me so I know what to do with childcare, Dissertation and job search. Please help me not to get distracted by my depression and anxiety. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up lost_soul who is feeling low and in need of Your divine wisdom. You know the struggles they face with childcare, their dissertation, and job search, Lord. We ask that You pour out Your wisdom upon them, guiding each step they take.

Lord, we also pray for strength and clarity of mind. Depression and anxiety can be overwhelming, but we trust in Your promise that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. (Psalm 34:18 WEB) Help lost_soul to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)

In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke the spirits of depression and anxiety that seek to distract and overwhelm. Jesus, You have given us authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt us. (Luke 10:19 WEB) We declare victory over these struggles in Your name.

Lord, guide lost_soul's heart and mind, that they may be filled with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. (Philippians 4:7 WEB) Help them to focus on Your goodness and the tasks at hand, knowing that with You, all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26 WEB)

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
