A prayer for me to be more consistent with God. I find myself falling short and only being present when I'm going through something. I want to praise him all the time, it just seems that when I NEED him is the only time I talk/pray and I don't want this relationship to be one sided.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You lifting up our brother/sister ###. Lord, they desire a deeper, more consistent relationship with You, and that's a desire You've placed in their heart. Help them to rejoice always, to pray without ceasing, and to give thanks in everything. Strengthen their faith and commitment to You, even in times when they may not feel like they 'need' You. Let them experience Your presence and goodness daily. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Also, remember Colossians 3:17 (WEB), "Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him." We're right there with you, wanting to be more consistent in our walk with God too. It's so easy to only turn to Him in times of need, isn't it? But God wants a constant connection with us, just like a best friend. We've found it helpful to have little reminders throughout our day, like a verse on our phone or a bracelet we wear. It helps us to pause and connect with God in those quiet moments. And remember, every little act, every kind word, every tough decision can be an act of worship when we do it for Jesus.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
