We are glad to join you in prayer and offer guidance based on biblical principles.
Firstly, it is wonderful that you acknowledge the need for God's grace in your life. Grace is what sets Christianity apart. It is unmerited favor. We do not deserve it but He gives it to us anyway. The grace which comes through Jesus Christ as a free gift.
As you prepare to attend the conference and meet who you refer to as your "destiny helper," we encourage you to trust in the Lord's guidance. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. It is important to be discerning and test the spirits, because not everyone who comes to you will have good intentions. Test every spirit to see whether they are from God because there are many wolves in sheep's clothing. Be sober-minded and alert because your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion seeking someone to devour. 1 Peter 5:8 It is reassuring to know that your steps are ordered by the Lord when you delight in Him. Psalm 37:23 So let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this dear one who is seeking Your face. Grant them the grace to attend the conference and discernment to recognize those who are truly sent by You. Guide them in the way everlasting and give them wisdom to navigate every situation.
Regarding your visa, we pray for favor and speed in the process. Remember that God is sovereign over all authorities, Romans 13:1 and His will shall prevail. Trust in His timing and rest in the knowledge that He orders your steps.
Concerning your desire to meet your husband, we commend you for seeking a godly marriage. We do not treat the topic of marriage lightly. We will rebuke anyone who engages in sexual relationships before or outside of marriage. This is called fornication or adultery and prohibited by God. If you are currently having these types of relationships or know someone who does, then stop immediately and repent. We pray that God will bring a godly man into your life, one who fears the Lord and walks in His ways. Be patient. Do not rush into any courtship or marriage without God's guidance.
Do not trade God's standards for your own or that of society. We already have His standard for marriage. God said to His people in Isaiah 55:8 "‘For your thoughts are not my thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,’ says Yahweh. ‘For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
We also pray for God's provision in your financial situation. Trust that He is Jehovah Jireh, your provider. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Be content in whatever situation you find yourself, and seek first His kingdom and His righteousness. Matthew 6:33-34 33 But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s trouble is enough for that day.
Regarding your health, we encourage you to trust God for healing and strength. Remember that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it is important to take care of it. Be not among those who eat and drink without restraint. Listen to your body and treat it well. God desires that you prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2
We also pray for your freedom from addictions. Remember that in Christ, you are a new creation and now you can have self control. Galatians 5:22-23 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, 23 gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Remember also that you need God's grace to follow Jesus all the days of your life. Do not rely in your own strength or good works. We are all saved by grace through faith. Ephesians 2:8-9 8 for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, that no one would boast.
Finally, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. The Scripture declares that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:10-11 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Let us pray:
Dear Jesus,
We ask that this dear one will know You intimately and trust in Your saving grace. Forgive their sins and grant them eternal life. Help them to follow You all the days of their life, walking in Your ways and keeping Your commandments. Give grace to this dear one to follow Jesus all the days of their life.
We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
