Firstly, let's remember the words of Psalm 40:3 (WEB): "He has put a new song in my mouth, even praise to our God. Many will see it, and fear, and will trust in Yahweh." As you seek the restoration of your physical voice, also lift up your spiritual voice in praise to Him.
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we are saved and have access to the Father (Acts 4:12, John 14:6).
