Just prayer for both me and my husband. My name is ### having a lot of anxiety, intrusive thoughts, hair loss from all the stress, stomach issues. Done a little better this week from prayer thank you.

Jennifer, we want you to know that you are not alone in your struggles. We are here to stand with you and your husband in prayer, believing that God has a plan and purpose for both of you.
Firstly, let us remind you of God's promise in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB): "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." Even in the midst of anxiety and stress, God is with you and will strengthen you.
We also want to address the physical symptoms you mentioned—hair loss and stomach issues. In Matthew 6:25-27 (WEB), Jesus says, "Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan?" Trust that God cares for your physical needs and that His peace can bring healing to your body.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and her husband. Lord, we ask for Your peace to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Calm ###'s anxiety and intrusive thoughts, and heal her physically—stop the hair loss and soothe her stomach issues. Strengthen their marriage and help them to encourage each other in You.
