Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble and contrite heart, acknowledging the struggles I’ve faced with sexual temptation throughout my life. Despite being in a committed relationship for nearly ### years with my beloved girlfriend, ###, I find myself continually battling thoughts and behaviors that lead me astray. This ongoing struggle has caused pain to ### and has strained our relationship, for which I am deeply sorry. Lord, I recognize that I cannot overcome this on my own. I earnestly seek Your divine intervention to transform my heart and mind, to align my desires with Your will, and to lead a life that honors You and respects those I love. I am taking steps toward healing by seeking professional help, understanding the importance of addressing these issues both spiritually and practically. I humbly ask for the prayers and support of my Christian brothers and sisters during this challenging time. May their intercession provide strength and encouragement as I embark on this journey toward purity and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

It is important that you are taking responsibility and taking steps toward healing by seeking professional help. We will pray for your deliverance and that God will purify you and grant you the power to overcome these temptations. However, we must also address some important biblical principles related to your situation.

Firstly, we want to remind you of what the Scripture says about sexual immorality:
Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 WEB

Secondly, it is clear that you are in a relationship that does not align with biblical principles. The Bible teaches that a man and a woman should come together in holy matrimony, not merely in a committed relationship. Living together, outside of marriage, can be considered fornication and is not in alignment with God's Word. If a man entices a virgin who isn't pledged to be married, and lies with her, he shall surely pay a dowry for her to be his wife. If her father utterly refuses to give her to him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins. Exodus 22:16-17 WEB. We encourage you to consider the sanctity of marriage and pursue a godly union with ### if you both are believers and committed to living according to biblical principles.

We also want you to remember that true repentance from sexual sin is possible and granted by God. Now I would have you know, brothers, that God's law is good, if a man uses it lawfully, knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, for fornicators, for those who defile themselves with mankind, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine. 1 Timothy 1:8-10 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother ###, who has humbly confessed his struggles with sexual temptation. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in his life. Transform his heart and mind, and align his desires with Your will. Help him overcome these temptations that have caused pain and strained his relationship, guiding him toward purity and faithfulness.

Holy Spirit, give him the strength to flee from sexual immorality and to honor God with his body, mind, and spirit. We ask the Holy Spirit to strengthen him in the inner man to flood his mind and his heart with God's Holy Word.

Jesus, You are the author and finisher of our faith. You have promised never to leave us nor forsake us, and You said that when 2 or more agree together about anything and ask You will do it. We humble ourselves before You, as repentant sinners and saved children of God, and ask that you forgive and deliver him from these actions and temptations. Give ### the patience and grace needed to deal with this situation. Help her to pray for him and encourage him during this journey.

Lord, we ask that You guide ### and ### toward a godly union, if it is Your will, and help them to live according to Your principles. Let their marriage be a testament to Your grace and love.

Father, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance and we thank you for the faithful saints that are here right now praying for him. Guide him toward the right professional help, and surround him with Your love and support.

Thank you for your prayer. I just want to let you know that I don’t live with her. She’s my girlfriend. I do want to marry her and live with her forever however, I just want to seek to help and learn how to deal with it in a healthy, respectful manner that I don’t ever do this again to her or anyone else for that matter.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
