We are grateful for your request and we are here to pray and provide biblical guidance. First, it's important to acknowledge that the blessings you seek—a better mother, friends, a boyfriend/soulmate, and a job—should be approached with God at the center. The World English Bible tells us, "But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (WEB). Our primary focus remains life with God as it's primary to life+everything else.
First, let's address the term "boyfriend/soulmate." In biblical principles, we encourage courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer. The Bible teaches us that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. We also do not specify someone as a soulmate because we believe that it is between God and an individual to see if it is God's will to marry.
We also want to remind you that prayer to the true and living God is done in no other name except Jesus Christ, the Son of God, our Lord, and Saviour. Any prayer otherwise is not heard by God and dismissed. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
Let's pray together:
Father in heaven by the name of Jesus only we pray for this dear soul. We first focus our eyes on you oh God and ask that you will take precedence and first place in our lives. Let what we desire come from you and be done will in agreement with Your Holy Word and Laws. Thank you, Almighty God, for you hold everything in this life and the next. You are all-powerful and you care for us. We ask that You will guide this dear child of yours along the journey of life as you know what is best for her, Father. We pray that you will provide Christian friends around her to grow in faith. Put people in each other's lives to challenge and encourage one another to grow closer to Jesus. Use these relationships that you give her to be able to strengthen. We pray that you make her a woman worthy as a mother by her. Lastly, we pray for a job that gives her meaningful work and brings you glory. She wants to make positive changes in her life, and we ask that You guide her steps to make lasting meaningful impacts in every area. By the name of Jesus only, for we do not seek materialism, lust, same sex union, sex outside of the covenant of marriage, money or earthy pleasures to take Your Place the Our Father. No Father we ask that You will fill our hearts with the Holy Spirit renewing our minds, body, and soul everyday. In Jesus Christ. Amen.

*NEVER FORGET THAT JESUS LOVES YOU AND DIED ON THE CROSS OTHER THAT ALL OF US MAY BE SAVED. Jesus prayed this same prayer: "Not my will, but thine, be done" (Luke 22:42 KJV). Confess your sin, fear, misguided desires to God and He will hear you.
"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
Do not believe that you will never ever get married. Don't believe that you will Marry a non-Christian or be bonded with a same sex mate. These are lies from the Devil Himself. Consider 1 Samuel 1:10 and Hannah's prayer to God for a child. God answered her prayer with a prophet of the God of Israel who will never be forgotten – Samuel.
