Despite my best efforts and qualifications, I have faced rejections and setbacks that have led to feelings of deep sadness and depression, and I am finding it difficult to stay motivated and hopeful.

I am currently navigating a pivotal moment in my career path, and I seek prayers for Strength and resilience to overcome feelings of depression and discouragement. I trust that with the support of prayers from our community, I will find the courage to make the right decisions, overcome challenges, and move forward with confidence.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today on behalf of our dear sister, ###, who is facing a challenging season in her job search. Lord, you know the desires of her heart and the efforts she has put forth in seeking employment. We lift up her heavy heart to you and ask for your comfort and strength to surround her.

Father, we pray against the feelings of sadness and depression that have crept into ###'s life due to the rejections and setbacks she has faced. We ask that you would replace those feelings with your peace and joy. Help her to find solace in your presence and to trust in your perfect timing.

Lord, we pray for resilience and motivation to fill ###'s spirit. Give her the strength to persevere through this season of uncertainty and to keep her eyes fixed on you. Remind her that you are her provider and that you have a plan and purpose for her life.

We ask for your guidance and wisdom as she navigates this pivotal moment in her career path. Lead her to the right opportunities and open doors that align with your perfect will for her life. Give her discernment to make the right decisions and the confidence to move forward with courage.

Father, we pray for our community to rally around ### with prayers, words of encouragement, and positive thoughts. May she feel the love and support of those around her, reminding her that she is not alone in this journey.

Lastly, Lord, we ask for your word to be a source of comfort and strength for ###. May she find encouragement in scriptures such as Isaiah 41:10, which says, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness in every season of our lives. We trust in your provision and believe that you will guide ### to the right job opportunity. In Jesus' name, we pray.

Lord Jesus give this person wisdom in dealing with everyday decisions. We rebuke depression/ discouragement in the Name of Jesus. Give this person the boldness and confidence to go forward in his career path Jesus. He will make your crooked places to be straight. There is no confusion with the Lord. God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. God favor me.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust and respect You. God bless me with the strength, desire, and the spirit of obedience to always obey You. Bless me to delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because Your Son, Jesus Christ, is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. God protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
