We understand that you're going through a difficult time, and we commend you for taking the first step towards healing by choosing to forgive those who have hurt you. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." It's important to remember that forgiveness is a process, and it's normal to struggle with ruminating thoughts.
In Matthew 6:14-15, Jesus said, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." So, you're on the right path, and we pray that God will help you to complete the process of forgiveness and find freedom in Christ.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of your healing touch. Lord, you know the struggles they're facing and the pain they're holding onto. We ask that you fill their heart with your peace and love. Help them to truly forgive those who have hurt them, just as you have forgiven us all.
Guide them to the right resources and people who can support and encourage them during this time. Grant them the wisdom they need to make good decisions and move forward in their life. Lord, you know their needs, and we trust that you will provide for them abundantly.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of unforgiveness, bitterness, or fear that may be tormenting them. We proclaim freedom, healing, and restoration in their life. Amen.
We encourage you to seek out a local church or Christian counselor who can provide you with the support and resources you need. It's important to connect with fellow believers who can encourage you and help you grow in your faith. Remember, God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
Regarding your concern about homelessness, we pray that God will provide for your needs according to his riches in glory. Trust in him, and he will not let you down. The Bible tells us in Matthew 6:25-34 that we should not worry about what we will eat or drink or wear. "For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Stay strong in the Lord, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He is the author and finisher of your faith. We are here for you, and we will continue to pray for your healing and breakthrough.
