Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and reverence, knowing that You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Lord, we lift up the persecuted Christians around the world, those who face unimaginable trials and tribulations for their faith. We ask for Your divine protection and comfort over them, as You have promised in Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
We pray for the peace and salvation of Israel, Lord. We ask that You bless Jerusalem and its people, as Your Word instructs us in Psalm 122:6, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: 'May they prosper who love you.'" We also pray for the salvation of many around the world, that the Father may draw many to Jesus, as stated in 1 Timothy 2:4, "Who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth."
Lord, we lift up the children around the world who suffer from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. We ask for Your protection over them, for You have said in Psalm 127:3, "Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him." We pray that You smite the works of darkness and grant wisdom and discernment to those who protect and care for these innocent lives.
We bring before You those on the brink of starvation, the vulnerable in Yemen, Afghanistan, Somalia, and many other countries. Lord, You are the provider of all our needs, and we ask that You would intervene and provide sustenance for them, as You have promised in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
We also pray for an awakening in the universal church, that believers may recognize the lateness of the hour and adhere to sound biblical teaching. Protect us from falling away, Lord, as You have warned in 1 Timothy 4:1, "Now the Spirit expressly says that in later times some will depart from the faith by devoting themselves to deceitful spirits and teachings of demons."
Father, we ask for Your protection, salvation, deliverance, and healing over families, granting unity and reconciliation. Strengthen and encourage all Christians around the world, filling us with the Holy Spirit, that we may shun sin and walk in Your ways, as Ephesians 5:18-19 instructs us to be filled with the Spirit, "addressing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody to the Lord with your heart."
We pray for those mentioned by name: comfort the family of ###, bring salvation and deliverance to ###, heal ### and ###, and we praise You for ###'s recovery. We ask for deliverance for ### and his family, healing for ###'s lung, strength for ###, and overall health and new job for ###. We lift up ###, ###, ###, ###, and their families, asking for Your intervention in their lives.
Lord, we also thank You for the miracles You have performed, such as the healing of ###'s child and the provision of a job for ###. We ask that You continue to bless and multiply his efforts in ###.
Father, we pray for all the specific needs and situations mentioned, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). We trust in Your sovereignty and Your unfailing love.
We plead the blood of Jesus over all these requests and ask for a wall of Holy Spirit fire to surround and protect us. We thank You and praise You for the many answered prayers and the miracles You have already performed. We continue to claim Your promises and ask for Your divine intervention in every situation.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
