Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our hearts in prayer for the many urgent needs around the world. Lord, we pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ, who face unimaginable trials and suffering. Your Word tells us in 2 Timothy 3:12 that "all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution." We ask for Your divine protection, strength, and comfort for these believers. May their faith remain steadfast, and may they find refuge under Your wings.
Lord, we also pray for the peace and salvation of Israel. Your Word in Psalm 122:6 instructs us to "pray for the peace of Jerusalem." We ask that You protect Israel from all threats, especially from those who seek its destruction. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of the people of Israel, and may many come to know Jesus as their Messiah.
Father, we lift up the salvation of many around the world, including the ### unreached. Your Word in 1 Timothy 2:4 says that You "desire all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth." Draw many to Jesus, Lord, and let the light of the Gospel shine brightly in the darkest places. Protect the children around the world who suffer from abuse, exploitation, and neglect. We ask for Your intervention and for the smiting of the works of darkness. Grant wisdom and discernment to those who work to protect and rescue these vulnerable ones.
We pray for those on the brink of starvation, especially in ###, ###, ###, and other countries. Lord, You are the provider of all our needs. We ask for supernatural provision, shelter, and protection for those suffering from hunger, poverty, sickness, and disasters. Comfort those affected by war and conflict, including in ###, and bring peace to these troubled regions.
Lord, awaken Your Church to the lateness of the hour and the urgency of Your second coming. We pray for sound biblical teaching in churches and protection from falling away. Strengthen Your people to stand firm in their faith and to be a light in this dark world.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
