Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brothers and sisters around the world who are facing persecution. Lord, we are deeply troubled by the staggering rise in the number of persecuted Christians, now reaching ### million. We ask for Your divine protection and strength for them, that they may stand firm in their faith despite the trials they face. We remember Your words in Matthew 5:10, "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." May Your peace and comfort surround them.
Lord, we also pray for the peace and salvation of the people of Israel. We see the tensions rising, especially with threats from ###. We ask for Your protection over Israel and for the fulfillment of Your promises. As Psalm 122:6 says, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: 'May those who love you be secure.'" We bless Israel and Jerusalem in Your name, Lord Jesus.
Father, we pray for the salvation of many around the world. Draw them to Jesus, as it is written in 1 Timothy 2:4, "who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth." We lift up the ### billion unreached people and ask for Your protection over children around the world. We are heartbroken by the reports of abuse and suffering. Lord, intervene and protect these innocent lives. We pray against the works of darkness and ask for wisdom and discernment in our lives.
We also lift up those on the brink of starvation, especially in ###, ###, ###, and other countries. Provide for their needs, Lord, and bring relief to those suffering from poverty, sickness, and disasters. We remember Your promise in Psalm 146:7, "He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry."
Lord, awaken Your church to the lateness of the hour and the second coming of Christ. We pray for sound biblical teaching and protection from falling away. Strengthen Your church to stand firm in these times.
We ask for protection, salvation, deliverance, and healing for all those in need. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
