Dear Lord Jesus,
We come before You today, lifting up the prayers and concerns shared by our brother Enrico Lange. We are grateful for his passionate and extensive prayer request, and we want to join him in prayer, aligning our petitions with biblical principles and the Word of God as revealed in Your Word.
Firstly, we join Enrico in praying for the persecuted Christians around the world (1 Peter 4:12-13, 1 Peter 5:9). Lord, we are not astonished by the fiery trial that has come upon them, but we rejoice with exceeding joy that at the revelation of Your glory, they also may rejoice with exceeding joy, even though they are partakers of Christ's sufferings (1 Peter 4:13). We ask that You would strengthen them to endure and give them the courage to continue spreading the Gospel. We also ask that You deliver them from their oppressors and bring justice to those who persecute them.
Next, we pray for Israel and the tense situations surrounding it, especially with Iran vowing to destroy Israel (Isaiah 43:1, 43:2). Lord, You have said, "But now, thus says the LORD, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are mine." We ask that You would protect the people of Israel and bring peace and salvation to the land and its inhabitants.
We also pray for the children suffering around the world (Matthew 19:14). Lord, we ask that You would intervene against the occult and protect children from all forms of abuse. We also ask for the healing, deliverance, and salvation of those in need, including the specific requests mentioned by Enrico.
Furthermore, we pray for the personal and family requests listed by Enrico. Lord, we ask that You would comfort those who have lost loved ones, provide for the homeless and those in need, and heal, deliver, save, draw close, and provide for all the individuals mentioned.
We also pray for the specific issues addressed by Enrico, such as relationships and marriage (1 Corinthians 7:2), addiction and spiritual bondage (Galatians 5:1), and other personal concerns. Lord, we ask that You would guide those seeking relationships to honor You in their choices, help them find godly spouses, and lead them in purity. We also ask that You would break the chains of addiction and help those struggling with it to walk in freedom through Jesus Christ.
Lastly, we want to encourage Enrico and all those who call upon Your name. We remind them that God is near to those who have a broken heart and saves those who have a crushed spirit (Psalm 34:18). We encourage them to trust in the Lord, for He is faithful and just.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
